Dr. Qualls E. J. Stevens, DO, MBA
A board-certified neurosurgeon and fellowship-trained spine surgeon, Dr. Stevens has been providing expert care in Oklahoma City since 2008. His practice is built on a foundation of trust, expertise, and a patient-centered philosophy that prioritizes listening and personalized healing strategies.
Specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery, Dr. Stevens treats a wide range of conditions including herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and complex spinal tumors. He works diligently to ensure that every patient is an integral part of their own recovery journey, focusing on clinical excellence and compassionate care.
Practice Manager
Angie has been a dedicated member of Dr. Stevens’ team for over 18 years. She has been working alongside him since the opening of his private practice. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Angie has an extensive background in healthcare administration and is committed to ensuring a smooth, patient-focused experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside of the office, Angie enjoys traveling and spending time fishing whenever she can. A true Oklahoma native, she proudly cheers on the Sooners—Boomer Sooner!

Physician Assistant
A native of the neighboring state of Kansas, she earned her undergraduate degree in Cellular, Molecular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Kansas. She then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Oklahoma City University and is now a licensed PA-C in the state of Oklahoma.
Her passion for patient care is deeply personal, shaped in part by having several family members who have experienced spine-related conditions. This perspective has fueled her dedication to helping patients navigate complex diagnoses with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, guiding individuals through every stage of evaluation, treatment, and recovery. She strives to create a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their healthcare journey.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Carol joined our team in 2024 and is often the first friendly face patients see when they walk through our doors. Known for her warm personality and welcoming demeanor, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Originally from outside Oklahoma, she has happily made the Sooner State her home and enjoys exploring all that the Oklahoma City area has to offer. Outside of work, she loves watching movies, keeping up with her favorite reality show, Big Brother, and discovering new restaurants and cuisines throughout OKC. Her positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent patient service make her a valued member of our team.

Robyn has been a valued member of our team since 2023, serving as both our surgery scheduler and a clinical resource for patients. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, she brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every patient interaction. Whether she is coordinating surgical care, answering questions, or helping patients navigate their treatment journey, she is committed to providing exceptional support every step of the way.
Raised in Oklahoma, she loves the diversity of people and communities that make the state such a special place to call home. Known for her bubbly personality, infectious laughter and genuine love of connecting with others. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder, and making memories with family and friends. Her positive attitude and passion for patient care make her an invaluable part of our practice.

Billing
Danny has been a dedicated member of Dr. Stevens' team since 2019, serving as our Billing Specialist and helping ensure that patients' billing and insurance needs are handled accurately and efficiently. While he works primarily behind the scenes, patients may occasionally hear his friendly voice when he assists with answering the phones and directing questions to the appropriate team members.
Known for his kind nature, quiet demeanor, and great sense of humor, he is a valued part of our office and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent service make him an important resource for both patients and staff.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time at home with his family and playing with his three dogs. He also loves cooking and is an avid sports fan, proudly supporting the Oklahoma Sooners and the Boston Celtics. His dedication, reliability, and positive attitude make him an integral part of our practice.
